MODULY®’s team has engineered and patented this unique building system to solve multiple challenges in the building sector, such as providing an alternative to the latest increases in materials and labor costs, significantly expanding the transport range of our products, reducing remarkably the build time of a permanent construction, using sustainable eco-friendly materials and building methods, and giving the possibility to fully dismantle and relocate a building in case of need, without losing any of the initial cost of the product.
Assembly Time
MODULY®’s prefabricated building frames do not require any on-site cutting or welding to perform the assembly. This unique plug-and-play solution reduces the build time of our prefab modules by up to 80% compared to conventional wood and steel framing methods.
Cost Reduction
The optimized production process is entirely performed in our factory. Due to the transport-friendly design of our modules, we can fit more than 120 sq.m of structure in a single truck or sea freight container. The on-site assembly time for 100 sq.m of closed structure is estimated to not exceed 6 hours for a team of 3 installers equipped with a telehandler.
Quality
Our company offers the highest quality construction materials such as structural glulam wooden beams (BSH of class GL24h-GL30c according to EN 14080); galvanized steel S355 (welded according to EN 13920); and assembly fastening materials (DIN 933 with a minimum grade of 8.8).
